About me!!!

Okay, this one's for you, Erica. I haven't done one of these in a long time -- but I thought I'd answer it on the blog....here goes:

Four things about me that you may or may not have known in any
particular order.

Four jobs I have had in my life:
Worked at a water slide (my kids think that's cool), waitress, secretary (numerous times), pizza maker

Four Movies I have watched more than once: (I take it, these would be my favorite movies?!)
Singles Ward, Princess Bride, Napoleon Dynamite, When Harry Met Sally

Four Places I have lived: (only 4? Okay, here's my 4 longest)
Wyoming, Missouri, Utah, Arizona

Four TV Shows that I watch:
The Office, ER, Medium, American Idol (actually, these are the only 4 most of the time)

Four places I would like to visit:
Holland, Hawaii, London, New York

Four people who e-mail me (regularly):
hummm..... crystal.... can't think of any others.

Four Favorite Foods:
Chimichangas, banana cream pie, pizza, crab (with steak)


Four friends I think will respond:
Kreanna, Judy, ?? Not sure who else

Four things I am looking forward to in the coming year:
Going on a short spring-break vacation with my family, LOTS of company coming this year to visit, Emaree's baptism in September, Being out of debt by end of year.

One of my New Year's Goals....

As you can see from my meter on the side.....I'm really into saving and debt reduction lately....and since I'm such a visual person, I put a meter on the side to track our progress. Don't ask me where I got the meter...cuz I did a "view source" from someone elses blog that had one and then copy, pasted, and edited the HTML to fit my needs. Don't be too impressed, I have no idea of what I was doing, but now I'm thinking I may take an HTML class once all my little ones get into school. Could be fun. Back to fiances... can't wait to be completely debt free -- although most of it is Steve's truck, but I love goals...and a focus!

Seeing More Clearly....and other updates.

Well, someone had to inherit Steve's bad eyes, and it looks like Emi was the lucky one! She was so excited when we picked them up the other day and was in awe looking around at what she's missed... it made me feel very guilty for not getting them for her sooner.

Also, The doctor put Starr's permanent BLUE cast on her yesterday and she only has to wear it for 3 weeks. Actually, after next Thursday, she can start walking on it. She's excited to get back to school so she can be one of the lucky ones to use the evavator.

And boy, have we been enjoying our Wii....with the cool weather outside LAST week (yes, it was in the chilly 50's burrrrr...and windy) and kids stuck inside, not to mention since Starr can't play outside, no one wants to, they've been having a ball playing with it. Dad and Ruth were even here yesterday playing it with the kids! Oh, and with weather finally nice THIS week...high 60's - low 70's, we finally enjoyed a day the zoo! Now, school can start!
